It was a good read and having only been in NW, I feel I can live without going to BM. Also I reckon that the gap between NW and BM will grow little by little as it develops its own identity.

One good thing NW can benefit from is that we can see how BM has evolved so it is kind of a time machine which allows us to know what is our future.

I live a question, do we want NW to grow as big as BM? If not, could or should we do something about it?

dude - it will take forever before Nowhere grows to the size of Burning Man - another note: Nowhere is Burning Man inspired but the experience is totally different --- I absolutely suggest to go at least once in life at Burning Man - then you'll be hooked up anyway =) this year I will be back to the playa for the 6th time in 8 years!!!

i checked the progression of BM participants numbers and we are following the same pattern as BM. If we keep following the same growth path, we will be 10.000 in 5 years.

Good Article

As for festival growth, the only way to limit Organic Growth s to put a cap on ticket numbers and that would suck, but on the flip side were not there yet so it's not an issue.

Woo - Month and a half... ish to go(better start getting my shit together)
