Nowhere is run entirely by volunteers, which is why your participation is so vital.

The Nowhere Committed

The Nowhere Committed is made up of six individuals based in five countries across Europe. The Committed functions both as a steering committee for Nowhere, ensuring that Nowhere remains true to its core values, and oversee all the operations that go into organizing and executing the event. When a decision has to be made about Nowhere, it is the Nowhere Committed who vote. Each Nowhere Committed member is responsible for a particular area, the flow of information in their area and keeping the rest of the Committed updated, as well as ensuring that all lead roles in their area are filled and giving support when needed.

The Sounding Bored

The Sounding Bored is a group of individuals (often former members of the Committed) who act as an advisory body with no decision-making power.

The Nowhere Leads

The Nowhere Leads are responsible for co-ordinating a particular function before, during and after the event. Leads cover a wide range of areas, including safety, toilets, barrios, communications, Costume Camp, Gate, Middle of Nowhere, recycling, tickets, translations, performance and much, more more...

The Cultural Attaché Network

The Nowhere Cultural Attaché Network connects our ever-growing global Nowhere community and keeps the Nowhere spirit alive and thriving throughout the rest of the year. It also helps people find out more about Nowhere or about events happening in their country. We currently have 11 cultural attachés based in nine countries: Belgium, England, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Scotland, Spain and Switzerland.
