Art and art grants
NOTE: ART GRANTS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR 2012
Art is a fundamental part of Nowhere. From large structures and sound installations to performance, participatory workshops and tiny sculptures, all art is gifted to the community by the artists or artists' collective.
Making the art
If you have an idea for an art project, you can apply for an art grant:
Round 1: Grants of up to €750 – application deadline Sunday 11 March 2012
Round 2: Grants of up to €250 – application deadline Sunday 13 May 2012
Please note: You can apply for up to 70% of the total cost of your art project.
We particularly encourage interactive and participatory art projects.
How to apply for an art grant
Download and read the guidelines, then fill out the application form.
As part of your application, you need to write a leave no trace plan for the complete removal of your project at the end of the event.
