We had more people, from more countries, with more barrios, more art, more art cars, more music and more creativity. And that’s all down to YOU!
And while it’s sad to wash off the dust, we have our wonderful memories and our new friendships to remind us of the magic of Nowhere... Don't be a stranger!

Bigger and better
Our community grows wider and stronger every year, and we now have amazing Decoms and Burns all across Europe. Check the website for details as events come up, and we’ll still send you the odd email throughout the year… Things coming up to keep an eye out for include the first-ever Danish Burn Øtopia, Irish Decom, London Decom, Paris Decom and Italian Burning Weekend. Our freaky family is never far away!
Would your mum approve?
You guys are amazing at respecting each other and our community, but it’s always good to be reminded – please be considerate when uploading photos to our gallery, Facebook and other sites. That includes checking with the people in the pic and making sure there isn’t accidentally someone in the background who might be unhappy being plastered all over the internet! If you see a photo of you on the internet you’d rather wasn’t there, just ask to have it taken down – if you’re not sure who’s put it up, email

Made new friends but never quite got round to exchanging details? Welcome to Nowhere! Your best chance of tracking people down is to post on the forums and on our Facebook page. We also have a network of regional reps who might be able to help you track people down. Good luck!
