I no longer need my ticket – what do I do?

If you have bought your ticket in the last 24 hours, or by mistake, please contact Brown Paper Tickets and you may get a refund. Otherwise, there is no return policy for Nowhere full price tickets but you are able to sell your ticket to someone else (see below). Please contact Questo indirizzo e-mail è protetto dallo spam bot. Abilita Javascript per vederlo. for advice if you no longer need a low income ticket.

I want to give my ticket to someone else – what do I do?

It is important that the name of the person attending is registered as the person to be let on to the site. Please go back to the Brown Paper Tickets website and amend your purchase accordingly. A reply will be sent to both email addresses to prevent fraud.

Why are we using Brown Paper Tickets?

Other burner events have used them and they are cheap, and they also give donations to charities. They are a US based organisation and fairly new to Europe, hence a few Americanisms – bear with them! We are sorry that Brown Paper Tickets do not support ticket sales in multiple languages at this time.

I bought my ticket and got a confirmation, what happens next?

You will get an email welcoming you to Nowhere and including some information about the event. The Nowhere survival guide (which includes directions to the event) will be emailed to you closer to the date. Note that we do not intend to send paper copies out this year. Please contact us if this represents a problem for you.

Where is my ticket?

This year, everyone's ticket is 'Will Call'. This means that you turn up at the Gate, present photo ID for us to check against the list of people who have bought tickets, and you'll be let in.

It's very important you tell us the name of everyone you've bought tickets for, or they may not be let in! Set up their names on the Brown Paper Ticket website.

Do I qualify for a low-income ticket?

Generally speaking if you are not doing paid full-time work you qualify for a low-income ticket. Always pay for what you can afford. You have to request a code to use for obtaining a low income ticket by sending us an e-mail to Questo indirizzo e-mail è protetto dallo spam bot. Abilita Javascript per vederlo. explaining your circumstances. This code gets entered into the "Members code" box on the ticketing page. It is only one low income code per person so if you are in a party you have to each request a code.

I am disabled. Can I bring my carer?

Disabled participants who can provide proof of their disabled status are entitled to bring a carer with them to the event. Please contact Questo indirizzo e-mail è protetto dallo spam bot. Abilita Javascript per vederlo. to arrange this. Further information about disabled facilities, or about bring children to the event can be obtained by emailing Questo indirizzo e-mail è protetto dallo spam bot. Abilita Javascript per vederlo.

My dog's got no nose – how does it smell?

Awful

Can I leave the site and come back?

Yes. When you arrive at the site for the first time, you'll get a wristband that allows you on and off site whenever you want.
