Barrio Del Sol is a small Barrio with a big heart and good vibes. We host a wide range of daytime events including conscious workshops, loose parties, live music jam sessions and a few novelty concepts on the side. Belly Town is a camp open to everyone looking to celebrate their body, those wonderful vessels of our human experience, in all their glory and complexity. During its first years, Belly Town offered activities such as dance classes, roughhousing games, hand balancing, body painting, and some inner exploration of one’s body, as well as physical therapy sessions and massages. A queer utopia in the dust! A safe, inclusive and diverse space for queer people to relax during the day and be entertained after siesta. Hyperflow is community, family, safety, self-expression, sustainability and mucho, mucho love. As a barrio we are focussed on welcoming different neurodivergent weirdos, we mainly offer workshops (at least one random workshop every day), and a daily jamsessions for people with unusual instruments. We celebrate the non sensical and silly, and will not take a lot of things serious.

Oasis Playground is a safe, playful space of 45 international hippies. We love to appreciate titties, share some “shade on you” and are located in the Sunset Boulevard plaza (quiet place), they say food is amazing, they say we are Drama free, they say we are a little safe family and we love you to thrive with your radical self.

Peach Please is a rowdy and randy group of folx who have been craving an explicitly queer sex-positive space at Nowhere. Now Peach Please is back for our second year at Nowhere. We are the queer orgy we want to see in the world! We are a queer-focused, sex-positive camp, with workshops, themed events at night, and an open play space. Following the unsuccessful sale of the Babycham house, the creditors have been called in and the assets acquired by Swiss Re, whose committee has decided to call the Barrio “Swiss Camp” this year while the real Swiss Camp learn how to type. Wonderever is the best kept secret on the playa. Since 2013 we’ve harboured a web of wonderful wanderers that work hard, play hard and take care of each other in the heat! Our camp is a vibrant haven nestled at the top of the plaza. We’re a diverse community that values connection, co-creation, hammocks, and the art of relaxing. We provide a living room where hammocks sway gently in the (shady) breeze, breathtaking balcony views, and a touch of silliness in our ceremonial chapel. Wonderever – totally not a cult. We are spiritual-seekers with a twist of sexiness. Our camp has the basics covered, enough shade to protect our tents from the Spanish sun, and two spaces for the dozens of workshops we throw including hanging the occasional Shibari partner. We stick to the quieter end of the playa (it helps with what little sleep we end up getting) and may be going full solar this year. Our kitchen cooks for 60 and has been known to use camp members instead of serving trays. We drink radlers during build, many many radlers, and keep some surprises for those who are able to stick around for strike.
